• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience. Exposures in developers and/or consultancy firms is preferred
• Hands-on experience in handling luxury hotel projects or large-scale mixed-use developments on site is favored
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Sound contractual knowledge, possess high integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required
• Knowledge in local languages and construction regulations would be an advantage
